The Nissan 300ZX is a sport car sold from 1983-1989 (Z31) and 1989-2000(Z32). The Z31 model was cheaper, and therefore more popular and both models received many critic awards. There are many trim levels for the 300ZX including base, Turbo T-Bar, 2+2 T-Bar, and base w/o T-Bar.
Five engines were used for the Z31 including 2.0L & 3.0L V6 Turbo engines. Two engines were used in the Z32, both 3.0L V6 engines, one simply had turbo capabilities. No 4-cylinder engines were used in the 300ZX. The Z31 used various 5-speed manual transmissions and a 4-speed automatic. The Z32 used one 5-speed manual transmission and two 4-speed automatic transmissions. Body styles included 2+2, 2-door convertible and 3-door coupe.
